Why a membership instead of "selling" each service and product?

I understand the need to keep your expenses down. So I provide my services and products simply for the cost of membership. This enables you to take advantage of any and all of these resources, including coaching, as your need arises without further cost. I continue to minister as a full time Christian radio host to cover my primary financial needs and thus I'm able to charge less for what I offer. This also establishes an ongoing coaching relationship with you which maximizes your personal and professional growth.

How long does it take to see results from your services and products?

That, of course, depends on your needs and your level of commitment to improve. Some people come to me knowing their need. Others are not sure. They just know they need help. My philosophy is to identify and address one need at a time. Some people see results quickly. Others need a lot of work, but we take it a step at a time so that you begin to see results.

May I come back for further help as often as I like?

Absolutely! As long as you are a paid member you can access resources or contact me for help as often as you like. I am your coach. You may, for example, desire my initial assistance on a presentation you're considering. Once you've given that talk in front of an audience, you may submit an audio CD or DVD of your presentation for my evaluation. I may, at that time, also recommend an additional resource to help move you along in your progress.

Are your resources easy to use?

That's my commitment to you. I make each resource simple, yet very effective, so that you get the most benefit in the shortest amount of time. I realize that long teaching CDs and books will probably sit on the shelf and seldom be used. My approach is to keep it simple so that you actually use what I make available.

What if I don't know what I need. I just know I need something to help me get going or moving in my speaking career?

Become a member. The price is right and there's something for everyone, including consultations at no extra charge. I'd be happy to talk with you about your current feelings and situation. Do you have a single approach that fits most people?

There are certain principles and techniques that fit the needs of many people. My written and audio resources are designed for that. However, my coaching offers you personal assistance to fit your needs, at no extra charge.

I don't like my voice. Can anything be done about that?

Your voice is like a musical instrument. You can't change your voice (the instrument), but you can learn to use it in a manner that gives you confidence and engages your audience.

Can you teach me to overcome my fear of speaking?

Yes. Fear comes from the unknown. I can teach you to minimize the "unknowns" and thus control your fears.

I don't know where to start or go next with my desire to be a great speaker. Can you help me?
