How do you charge for your services?

I understand the need to keep your expenses down. So I provide my services at a very low cost and sometimes at NO charge. I will often give free advice if I think that all you need is a simple answer. If you want further help we can work out a cost for some ongoing training and coaching.

How long does it take to see results from your services?

That, of course, depends on your needs and your level of commitment to improve. Some people come to me knowing their need. Others are not sure. They just know they need help. My philosophy is to identify and address one need at a time. Some people see results quickly. Others need a lot of work, but we take it a step at a time so that you begin to see results.

Do you have a single approach that fits most people?

There are certain principles and techniques that fit the needs of many people. My approach is to offers you personal assistance to fit your needs and goals.

I don't like my voice. Can anything be done about that?

Your voice is like a musical instrument. You can't change your voice (the instrument), but you can learn to use it in a manner that gives you confidence and engages your audience. It is possible!

Can you teach me to overcome my fear of speaking?

Yes. Fear comes from the unknown. I can teach you to minimize the "unknowns" and thus control your fears.
